How to Order
Please note that all prices are in British pounds. For the convenience of overseas customers there are links to currency conversion sites on all selling pages.
eBooks
Simply add the eBook(s) you want to buy to your shopping cart and checkout via PayPal (all major credit cards are accepted). If you buy more than one book a 20% discount is applied directly to your shopping cart.
Once your payment has been processed you will be directed to a page (hosted by E-Junkie) to download your book(s). You will also be sent an email with the download link.
Your PayPal payment will be sent to sharla@tigmorbooks.
Food Intolerance CDs
Click on the Buy Now button the selling page and your order will be processed immediately via PayPal.
Orders received Mon-Fri are mailed, whenever possible, within 24 hours. Orders received at the weekend are mailed on Mondays. I will confirm receipt of your order by email.
Delivery time to a UK address is between 1 and 3 working days.
CDs to all other countries are sent by Airmail - delivery time is usually within 5-10 days.

Payment Options
The only method of payment accepted is via PayPal.
Refunds
CDs may be returned (UK within 7 days of receipt, Overseas within 10
days)
for a full no quibble refund only if the seal remains
intact. Other returns must be agreed by
email
first.
Refunds for eBook purchases will be made as long as you have not
downloaded the book to your computer. If you require a refund or have
any questions regarding refunds please
email Sharla Race.
Problems
In the unlikely event of a problem with a CD or eBook please email me and I will seek to resolve the problem as speedily as possible.
