Food Intolerance: Symptoms

A large number of symptoms and conditions have been found, in some individuals, to be caused by food intolerance or food allergy. I have divided these into two broad categories: Mainly Physical and Mind, Emotions and Behaviour.

The purpose of these lists are to give you an idea of the overwhelming range of symptoms and illness that can be caused by eating food that is not right for you.
