"I am glad I have found your website. For many many years doctors have been telling me that I suffer from numerous problems that include IBS and acid reflux. It has only been recently that I have conducted my own research and medical tests that determine that I have numerous food allergies (which I had when I was a child).
I have severe reactions on a weekly basis that include hives, swelling and diarrhoea. Most not all symptoms occur in the middle of the night the remainder occur in the evening after dinner. My Doctor does believe in blood tests to determine food allergies and does not believe in food elimination diets. I am going to a specialist in anaphylaxis next week and hope a determination can be made so I can proceed with a treatment plan.
I have been going in circles for the past fifteen years and I hope for a resolution soon."
