True Stories

Food intolerance is a hidden problem. It is something you have to live with and cope with every day. Understanding from others is often limited and it is very easy to feel isolated and as if you are the only person struggling with a restricted diet. This, of course, is very far from the truth but until we all start sharing our stories between ourselves and with others we will feel lonely and set apart from others.

Over the years a large number of stories have been submitted to this site. The selection below will give you a good idea of the extent to which food intolerance can affect people's lives.
