The section on Food Intolerance is the best place to start and is essential reading for the first time visitor. Try the questionnaire, read about the symptoms, view the evidence, and find out how to get well using the 'seven step plan'.
The Library is the main hub of the site. Within it you will find a collection of articles and research updates on the relationship between food and illness. Subjects covered include individual foods, food additives, and food chemicals such as salicylate and tyramine.
