Salicylate Sensitivity

Salicylate occurs naturally in foods such as fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Salicylate is also manufactured and found in a variety of products including medicines, perfumes and solvents.

For some people too much salicylate causes a wide range of health problems. This is known as 'Salicylate Sensitivity' or 'Salicylate Intolerance'
